Operator
MyCar NL is a public beta project operated by Mikhail Bylov as an individual. It is not yet operated through a registered company and has no KVK or VAT number. No paid services are offered in this beta. Contact: feedback@mycarnl.nl.
Beta service
MyCar NL is an early test product provided for evaluation and feedback. Features, providers and stored browser data may change or be unavailable.
Vehicle information
MyCar explains records returned by RDW and other identified sources. Records can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. MyCar is independent and is not affiliated with RDW.
No safety or condition guarantee
MyCar does not certify that a vehicle is safe, accident-free, mechanically sound or suitable to purchase. A result showing no major warning means only that no major warning was identified in the available records. Arrange an independent inspection and verify important documents before buying.
Accident and ownership history
Comprehensive accident, repair, foreign-history and ownership-count information is not connected in this beta. Missing records must not be treated as proof that an event never occurred.
Your records
You are responsible for the accuracy of mileage, maintenance, expense and document metadata you enter. The current browser-only storage is not a backup or permanent document archive.
Acceptable testing
Do not automate high-volume licence-plate checks, attempt to bypass request limits, probe other systems through MyCar, or use the beta unlawfully. Access may be limited while the service is being tested.

These beta terms are a transparent product draft, not final legal advice. Before offering paid services, the operator will review the applicable business registration, consumer information, payment, cancellation and tax requirements and update these terms.
